As central securities depository KELER is responsible for the up-to-date and comprehensive registration of all dematerialized securities issued in Hungary, the management of securities accounts of investment firms (intermediaries) and issuers. KELER also manages physical securities, including the recording of such securities in accounts and transaction management.
KELER settles regulated market and OTC trades and executes securities operations in the securities and custody accounts it manages.
